· Senior citizens above 80: During 01 Oct 20 till 31 Dec 20
· All other pensioners: From 01 Nov 20 till 31 Dec 20
Life certificate can be submitted as follows:
· Hard copy physically in any branch of the bank. (Keep one receipted copy with you)
· Jeevan Pramaan
· By email to respective CPPC of the bank as per CO.HRMD.NO.2002/21-01-00/ 2020-21 dtd 25-9-20
Suggested Procedure for online submission
· Complete the attached PCDA form and sign it
· Scan the completed form and email to the respective CPPC with a copy of the mail to the branch. (You are most likely not going to get an acknowledgment.) But if the mail does not bounce consider it as received.
· Make a copy of the mail and save a hard copy or save the mail as evidence in the future if required
