Very Important judgement of bench headed by hon'ble justice Muralidhar extending benefits of Pro rata pension to AIRMEN who served 10 years in IAF before leaving for better career and join any government or PSU....now hope that another bench will also take similar view and not to distract from land mark judgement upon pro rata in GOVIND KUMAR SRIVASTAVA CASE, Md israr Khan, wudali srikant and finally on 15 Jan 2020 in RAKESH KUMAR.

Really a landmark judgement. These soldiers gave best part of their lives for the nation and deserved a better treatment. High court has finally done justice to them.
